安装应用 The Cabinet Power Distribution Box, also known as the "Cabinet Rack Top Unit," is specifically designed for overhead installation in communication equipment rooms, transportation hubs, fire control centers, electric power substations, industrial power distribution facilities, and similar scenarios. It serves as the core supporting device for power distribution to equipment within the cabinet. The unit is compatible with both single and dual -48V DC power input configurations. When dual inputs are employed, redundant backup power supply is achieved, effectively preventing service interruptions caused by a single input failure and ensuring continuous power delivery to downstream equipment. The incoming power is distributed through multiple independent output circuits, providing regulated and orderly power allocation to various electrical and communication devices installed in the cabinet as required. The unit integrates a comprehensive multi-layer safety protection system. It is equipped with standard surge protection against lightning strikes to effectively withstand voltage spikes induced by lightning and grid fluctuations. Additionally, it incorporates automatic overcurrent and short-circuit protection mechanisms that immediately isolate the faulty circuit upon detection of abnormalities, thereby preventing equipment damage and fire hazards. An audible and visual power-failure alarm is also provided, which triggers an instant alert upon power loss, facilitating rapid detection and troubleshooting by maintenance personnel. A built-in real-time digital display panel indicates voltage and current readings, allowing for intuitive monitoring of the unit's operational parameters at a glance. The product offers flexible configuration options to accommodate diverse application requirements. Based on site-specific cabinet dimensions, the number of powered devices, industry standards, and customer operational needs, the number of output ports, ingress protection (IP) rating, and alarm modes can be customized, making the unit suitable for routine, stable power distribution across a wide range of industrial sectors.
